Did you know you could use play time to create more play time?

Use this session to do just that, create time while you have a relaxing time playing with colours and textures. You’ll use the relaxed state to create more time in your lives for things you like to do.

Create time to sit back and relax, create time for a hobby you would like to pursue or a course you’d like to take.

I invite you to play with art and some meditative tools to see for yourself how getting more time for yourself is absolutely possible.

What to expect from this session

This session is a playspace to have fun with art supplies and heal in the process.

It’s akin to going back to kindergarten. This means that you have permission to be a  toddler again and simply be curious and explore. Little ones don’t really care if their clothes are getting dirty as they hop around in a muddy puddle. And neither should you, at least now in the Art Therapy class. This is your safe space, your sanctuary.

The session will have spurts of meditation followed by some art scribbles and writing. No art skills are necessary. This is kindy level, if you can hold a pencil or pen, you have all the skills needed. Lol

As you experiment with colors and progress through the session, you will learn two simple but powerful meditative tools – Grounding and Gold Sun. Grounding helps release pain and Gold Suns help fill in this newly created space with fresh energy, to reset the vibration.

Both these meditation tools can be used anytime and in any situation to bring more ease and freedom. You don’t need art supplies to continue practicing even after you finish the session.

Expect to feel much lighter as you progress through the session. You’ll let go of the heavy stuff that you hold yourself accountable for, and begin a new soothing relationship with yourself.

You’ll tap into some deeper awareness about yourself, and you’ll connect with your own inner guidance on how you can become your own best friend. A new relationship and a new beginning starts here.

About the Teacher – Kanika

%name Art Therapy: Creating TimeKanika’s growing years were thoroughly methodical. As an Engineer and MBA professional, most things in life were led by analysis and very black and white. Until life crashed…

Life was already getting hard, but then at 31 weeks of a healthy pregnancy, she lost her daughter. No reason, no warning… She woke up one morning not feeling any baby movement and that was it. She didn’t know how to live on, but ironically, death gave her an appreciation for life and the bigger role of our souls and divine purpose.

She’s since started diving deep into past lives and soul purpose, healing our timeline, and ancestral lineage. She has completed various training programmes to hone clairvoyant reading, healing and teaching abilities. The more she’s healed herself inside, the more joy and abundance she’s created in her physical life and for those around her.

She truly believes that life works inside out, that if you make change happen within, magic will show on the outside. Her vision is to make magic accessible to everybody.
