“We” “Us” denotes Art of Life Center.

“Service Provider” Is a user whom offers Services via Art of Life Center’s various websites and communication platforms or via an affiliate.

Art Of Life Center may have to suspend access, service or functionality on the website from time to time, without notice. Art of Life Center will not be liable if, for any reason, the website is not available at any time or for any period of time.

Liability & Indemnity

Except where Art of Life Center is unable to exclude our liability by law, in no event will we be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits arising out of, or in connection with, the use of this website.

Governing Law

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Art of Life Center and you or your business concerning the subject matter hereof, and they may only be modified by a written amendment signed by an authorized executive of Art of Life Center, or by the authorised posting by Art of Life Center of a revised version. Except to the extent applicable law, if any, provides otherwise, this Agreement, any access to or use of the Website will be governed by the laws of the state of Western Australia, Australia, excluding its conflict of law provisions, and the proper venue for any disputes arising out of or relating to any of the same will be the state and federal courts located in Western Australia, Australia.

Any Dispute Resolution Proceedings, whether in arbitration or court, will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class or representative action or as a named or unnamed member in a class, consolidated, representative or private attorney general action.
